The Challenger Vac Pac Hardware Kit contains everything you need to attach you panniers to the rack set. This set is included in the purchase of your Jesse Luggage panniers. We offer our Vac Pac kits for those that need a full set of replacement parts.
The kit contains: flower crank handle, aluminum puck, stainless steel back plate, spring, upper Delrin, lower Delrin, bolts, washers and nuts.
